Use your CWID to Authenticate to PARS (or OCES In-Service)

To authenticate to PARS, enter your 8-digit Campus Wide Id (CWID) number.

	If you do not know your 8-digit Campus Wide Id (CWID), contact your District Office or Unit Administrative Office. Or, if you have printed your Payroll Advice information from the Web For Employees system; check that printout for your CWID.
	You may also find your 8-digit Campus Wide Id (CWID) via Web For Employees; follow these steps:

	1.	Login to Web for Employee; http://webemp.okstate.edu/ (choose the Employee Self Service option)
		If you need assistance logging into the Web for Employee system, contact OSU Information Technology, 405-744-4357
	2.	After you are in the Web for Employee system, click the Personal Information tab in the blue menu bar
	3.	click View Personal Information
	4.	Your CWID will be displayed as the first item in the list of Personal Information; make a note of your CWID
	5.	Click EXIT, in the upper right corner of the screen to log out of Web for Employees
		Use this 8-digit number to login to PARS and In-Service (do not enter dashes or slashes)
