has slated the All Breed Bull Sale for March 28, 2002, at the OBI sale facility
located eight miles west of Stillwater on Highway 51 at the intersection of

Stiegler Honored: Jim
Stiegler, Head, Department of Plant and Soil Sciences, was selected as the 2002
Leader of the Year in Service to Oklahoma Agriculture by the Progressive
Farmer magazine. The award recognizes his work in conservation tillage. The
award is being presented today, February 8, at the Oklahoma Crop Improvement
Association Meeting in Oklahoma City.

Application Deadline: February 15 is the deadline to apply for the Lois Demond Fellowship, the Lucille
Clark Scholarship, the Marilyn Burns Endowment, the Irma Manning and Grace
Spivey Professional Development Scholarship, and the FCS Ambassador Program

Condolences to: The family of Marjorie Baker, former clothing specialist at Oklahoma State
University. She retired in 1980. She passed away December 19. Funeral services
were held December 21 in Stillwater.
