NOTES FROM THE ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR

Dates Set for Bi-annual Extension Conference: Hold the dates of Jan. 20-21 to attend the Extension Conference which will be held here on campus at the Student Union. As described in my Aug. 5 e-mail to each of you, in light of the budget situation, some cost cutting measures will be implemented, thus the format of the conference will be a little different than that of years past, but I do believe having this modified conference is better than not having a conference at all. I look forward to seeing all of you on campus in January. As summer comes to a close and you enter into the many fall activities you will be involved in, I would like you to know that I appreciate your dedication to provide leadership and continued service of excellence to the citizens within your community and across the state.
