Holly-Day at the Garden: The OSU Botanical Garden is the setting for an upcoming holiday event. Holly-Day at the Garden will take place Dec. 8 from 3:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. The event will feature a variety of demonstrations including holiday cooking, wreath making and indoor decorations. In addition, participants can stroll through the Oklahoma Gardening studio garden on a guided tour to see plants and structures that add beauty and interest to the garden during the winter months. Children are invited to take a walk through the garden and gather natural materials from various stations to make a craft project such as a pine cone bird feeder or a pine cone ornament. Children also will be able to decorate a sugar cookie. There is a suggested donation of $5 for an individual and $10 for a family. For an additional fee, participants may make a wreath or a door swag.
