NOTES FROM THE ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR

Second Century Initiative:  Things continue to sound encouraging relating to the Second Century Initiative.  On Tuesday, April 19, 4-H Day at the Capitol was a success.  The 4-H’ers did an excellent job explaining the Initiative as they carried information to legislators.  Thanks to all who helped make that day so successful.  We look forward to having a great turnout at the Capitol next Wednesday, April 27, which will include staff from all over the state, a large contingent from campus, and a number of stakeholders.  We appreciate all that everyone has done so far and encourage you to keep making contacts as you see stakeholders and legislators at home.
