ANNOUNCEMENTS

4-H Roundup Workshops Needed: This year marks the 94th State 4-H Roundup, slated July 22-24 on the OSU campus. The State Leadership Youth Council, State 4-H Office and Roundup Committee are working to see that participants are offered the highest quality educational program possible. The Council has chosen the theme “Building Your 4-H Legacy.”  We are looking for persons to present educational workshops to youth ages 13-19. The workshops need to be hands-on, motivational, upbeat and age appropriate.  We would also like them to follow the theme by teaching subject matter that encourages life skill development, promotes project work, and/or career exploration.  The workshop form can be found at http://4h.okstate.edu/events-and-activities/roundup-notebook/state-4-h-roundup .   Please consider teaching one.  Or, if you know of someone who does a quality workshop for youth, please try to recruit them. Workshop applications are due April 1, 2015. For more information, please contact Tracy Beck at 405-744-8891.
